For Academic Division site agreements, Licensure, Regulatory Services & Human Capital is responsible for coordinating the negotiation process including preparation of documentation, securing necessary approvals, obtaining required certificates of insurance in collaboration with Risk Management, and execution of final terms for academic space leases and satellite  locations leases including university center agreements.
