Chou, Chia-Ching

Biography

Before joining Central Michigan University, Edward was an Adjunct Professor at Canisius College and received his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo. His research and teaching interests include production and operations management, information technology and e-commerce, sustainability, strategy, performance measurement, and social media. His studies have been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented in several major and international conferences such as Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), and International Conference on Engineering, Technology, and Applied Science (ICETA).
