Ferguson, Nicole
Biography
Nicole M. Ferguson, Au.D., CCC-A is the Director of Clinical Education and Services in Audiology at Central Michigan University. Dr. Ferguson’s teaching and supervision focus on preparing graduate students for clinical excellence through best practices, evidence-based care, and interprofessional collaboration. She coordinates clinical placements and fosters partnerships that enhance student learning, including co-presenting the Michigan Ear Institute’s Implant Interprofessional Event and developing community-based experiences such as the Michigan Lions Bear Lake Camp for Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth. Clinically, Dr. Ferguson has extensive experience in diagnostic audiology, hearing aids, electrophysiology, and vestibular assessment. She is passionate about mentoring future audiologists and equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in diverse practice environments.
